Youth Hostel "Urwald-Life-Camp"

The "Urwald-Life-Camp" is surrounded by beautiful countryside and located on the edge of the national park, on the Harsberg near Lauterbach. Here, nature offers an inexhaustable amount of options for adventure and play.

The youth hostel "Urwald-Life-Camp" near Lauterbach has 145 beds in rooms sleeping two to eight people. All rooms have their own shower and toilet. In addition, there are five tree houses sleeping 31 people and five teepees sleeping 35 people. The campsite has 30 spaces for camping cars and around 15 for tents.

Full-board is provided. The richly laid buffet includes fresh bread, tasty menus and crunchy salads. Rolls and bread as well as meat, sausages and cold meat are almost all sourced from direct sellers in the local area.  The youth hostel team are happy to provide lunch packets, organise barbecue evenings and cater for any specific dietary requirements pertaining to religion or health.
